Cancellation Policy

Please notify us of any cancellations at least one business day, prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, the $75 house call reservation fee will not be refunded. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we must ensure that all appointments are filled in a timely manner. Patients who are waiting for an appointment can then be scheduled into your time slot.
